• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the application.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the application.
• Use the application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Share your license key or subscription credentials with others.
• Use the application to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the application to download or process content for which you do not have proper authorization.
• Use the application to circumvent digital rights management (DRM), platform access restrictions, or other technical protection measures.
• Record, store, or distribute audio or screen content without the consent of the parties involved, where such consent is legally required.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

Hyllo offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limitations. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website.

The features available in the Pro subscription may change over time depending on ongoing development or business needs. Users can purchase a renewable subscription or unlock all features with a Pro lifetime license.

3.2 Payment Terms

All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

3.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day free trial of the Pro version so you can explore the full capabilities of the app before subscribing. After a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued. If you encounter issues, please reach out to our support team.

4. Intellectual Property

Hyllo and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of HylloAI and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without our prior written consent.

5. User Content and Third-Party Sources

You retain all rights to the audio files, screen recordings, and transcriptions created using Hyllo. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to process any audio, screen, or video content using the application. This includes content downloaded from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Bilibili, etc.).

We do not encourage or support the unauthorized downloading, recording, or processing of copyrighted or restricted content. You must ensure that your use of such content complies with copyright law and with the terms of service of the platform it originates from.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hyllo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of transcription results under all conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HylloAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the application.

8. Platform Terms of Service Compliance

If you use Hyllo to access, download, record, or process content from external platforms, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with those platforms’ terms of service. Hyllo does not bypass DRM or protected content and is not liable for your misuse of the software.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
